Salon Policy

Lash Nature requires please, 😳👇

All online appointment can be made one day (24 hours prior to LASH service) before.
After that, the service appointment will be complete after confirmation with the client via text message.

To confirm your appointment by TEXT message and then arrive BE ON TIME please. 
It can be difficult to check schedules during our working hours. After making an online appointment, please MAKE SURE to confirm via text message Lash Nature's main phone number 213-379-6500.

Appointment Policy
​Lash Nature requires all appointments to be reserved $50 payment with a Venmo or Zelle.
Any Full Set appointment that is not secured with a payment at least 24 hours before the reserved appointment time will be canceled. If you have scheduled an appointment online, you will receive a text from Lash Nature in order to comfirm then will be complete an appointment after $50 Venmo, Zelle payment.


Cancellation Policy
Lash Nature requires 24-hour notice via phone call or voicemail to the salon prior to any cancellation or rescheduling of an appointment. Failure to give 24-hour notice will result in a cancellation fee of the amount of the service scheduled charged to your debit or credit card on file.


Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, we will not be able to extend your appointment time. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late we will have to reschedule and will charge 100% of the appointment fee. Out of respect and consideration for your lash stylist and other customers, please do your best to be on time.


If you are a NO-SHOW, you will be charged ull amount of the appointment is non-refundable, and will require a 100% deposit the next time you book.
 
​You are allowed to reschedule 24 hours until before your appointment date. Deposit is forfeited if you reschedule under 24 hours after your appointment date.

Again, please understand that we devote the appropriate times for your requested appointments and when you cancel one of those services, or cancel at all, we may not be able to fill in that spot. Not only do we forfeit revenue but fail to book other potential clients. Our time is just as valuable as yours.

​​We Reserve the Right to Refuse Service To
• Anyone with a condition we suspect may be contagious
• Anyone with open or infected wounds on the treatment area
• Anyone in ill health that we suspect may be contagious, or we fear could be further harmed by our services
• Rude, mean, or disrespectful people


​We do not offer refunds on services rendered. 
In the unlikely event of issues, a complimentary touch-up or removal is available, at the discretion of the designer.

All issues must be communicated to lashnature within 3 days of the service to be considered for complimentary service. 
All services are guaranteed for 7 days after your appointment. 

We love children and don’t mind them in the salon, but please supervise them at all times. We are not responsible for any accidents that may happen in the salon!
